Copel invites you to discover its vision for the future and the strategic priorities that will drive the Company in the years ahead.
We are building on 72 years of innovation and excellence in Brazil’s electric power sector, and on 32 years as a publicly traded company. In 1997, we became the first company in the sector to list shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Now, we are returning to the same address to present how an integrated portfolio of premium assets, operational excellence focused on customer satisfaction, disciplined capital allocation, and financial strength underpin our strategy for the future, strengthening our position among Brazil’s leading utility companies.
Our senior management team will be there to present this vision and answer your questions. We look forward to welcoming you on November 19.
Copel Day is intended for analysts and investors. Registration is required to attend.

Copel invites analysts and investors to join Copel Day for insights from the Company’s senior leadership team on its strategy, priorities, and outlook.
Daniel Slaviero has served as Copel’s CEO since January 2019. He has led the Company through the most profound transformation in its 72-year history, including its privatization, completed in August 2023, and its migration to B3’s Novo Mercado in December 2025, the exchange’s highest corporate governance segment. Under his leadership, Copel reshaped its portfolio, sharpened its focus on its core electricity business, expanded its asset base, achieved a 100% decarbonized generation portfolio, and solidified the parameters for its optimal capital structure.
In 2025, he was named Energy Sector Executive of the Year by Valor Econômico’s Executivo de Valor awards. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Copel Holding and chairs the boards of its subsidiaries.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and has completed executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management and Harvard Business School. Prior to joining Copel, he served as President of ABERT, the Brazilian Association of Radio and Television Broadcasters, and held executive positions at Grupo Silvio Santos.
Felipe Gutterres has served as Copel’s Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer since November 2024. Throughout his career, he has led financial strategies, operational excellence initiatives, and M&A transactions across the energy, infrastructure, logistics, and technology sectors.
Before joining Copel, he executed complex capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings, and investor relations strategies at Shell, Sistac, and Wilson Sons, where he was CFO, IRO, and an international board member. He was also co-founder and CEO of the U.S.-based fintech Arara.io.
He holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an Executive MBA from COPPEAD, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Diogo Mac Cord has served as Copel’s Chief Strategy, New Business and Digital Transformation Officer since October 2024. He leads the Company’s 2035 strategic plan and its organic and inorganic growth agenda.
He joined Copel after serving as Brazil’s Special Secretary for Privatization and Infrastructure Development at the Ministry of Economy between 2019 and 2022, responsible for the federal privatization program and for a US$400 billion portfolio of state-owned companies and federal real estate. Under his mandate, the program delivered the privatization of Eletrobras and the legal framework that opened Brazil’s water and sanitation sector to private investment.
He built his career in global consulting, most recently as EY’s Lead Partner for Infrastructure and Regulated Markets in Latin America. He holds a PhD in power systems from the University of São Paulo (USP), a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master’s in Technology Development from LACTEC — one of Brazil’s largest private research institutes — and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR)
André Gomes has served as Copel’s Chief Regulatory and Market Officer since July 2024. Before joining Copel, he was president of CEEE-T, where he led the company’s post-privatization management, and held leadership positions at CPFL Energia and AES Brasil.
At the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL), he headed the tariff adjustment and review processes for distribution and transmission. He currently serves on the boards of five Brazilian electricity sector associations — ABRATE, ABRADEE, ABRAGE, APINE and ABCE — and previously served on the São Paulo State Energy Advisory Board (COE-ARSESP) and as vice-president of SindiEnergia.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), a Master’s in Economics from the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP), and is a board member certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
