Daniel Slaviero

President (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Daniel Slaviero holds a degree in Business Administration with specializations at the Kellogg School of Management/Fundação Dom Cabral and Harvard Business School. He is also Chair of the Boards of Directors of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. He has held several positions in the Brazilian Television System Network – SBT, in the Silvio Santos Group, in the Brazilian Association of Radio and Television Broadcasters and in the Paulo Pimentel Group.

Felipe Gutterres

Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations

Mr. Gutterres is an economist from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with specializations from COPPEAD – UFRJ, Harvard Business School and Fundação Dom Cabral. He has a solid professional trajectory in national and international companies, with extensive experience in corporate finance, leadership, business development and sustainability, complex negotiations, corporate innovation, operational risk management and investor relations, with a recognized track record in large companies in the Infrastructure, Logistics, Oil and Gas and Technology segments such as Wilson Sons, Sistac, Shell and Fintech Arara.io.

Diogo Mac Cord

Vice President of Strategy, New Business and Digital Transformation

Holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo – USP, and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná – PUC/PR, with master’s degrees in Public Administration from Harvard University and Technology Development from LACTEC/UFPR. Between 2019 and 2022, he held the positions of Secretary of Infrastructure Development and Special Secretary for Privatization at the Ministry of Economy. He developed a career in global consulting, working especially in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with experience at KMPG and Ernst and Young – EY, where he most recently held the role of leader of infrastructure and regulated markets for Latin America.

Marcia Baena

Vice President of People and Management

Graduated in Psychology from the Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), with a specialization from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC/PR), an Executive MBA from UFPR, and a Post-MBA in the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women from Saint Paul Business School. She has extensive experience in people management, cultural transformation, compensation strategy, career development and succession plans, and diversity-supporting practices, with a notable tenure at Burger King Brasil (ZAMP), where she held the position of Vice President of People, Management, Compliance, and Risks from 2016 to 2023.

André Gomes

Vice President of Regulation and Market

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá (UNIFEI), certified CCA IBGC board member and master in Economics from the Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa (IDP), he has over 24 years of experience in the electricity sector, where he held leadership positions in agencies and companies such as CPFL Energia, AES Brasil and the Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL), being responsible for regulatory, strategic and institutional matters, standing out in the conduction of tariff adjustment and review processes for distribution and transmission and in the leadership of the post-privatization management process of CEEE-T.

Rodolfo Lima

General Director of Energy Trading (Copel Comercialização)

Graduated in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Project Management, he has in-depth knowledge in the area of ​​market development, commercialization and negotiation in the Brazilian electricity sector, as well as experience in the area of ​​systemic assessments and strategic definition for risk mitigation, and short- and long-term price forecasts. He served as Chief of Commercial Officer (CCO) at AES Brasil and held leadership positions at Three Gorges Corporation (CTG) and CPFL Energia.

Moacir Bertol

General Director of Energy Generation and Trasmission (COPEL GeT)

Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, he was a career employee at Eletrosul Eletrobras, being responsible for the implementation of the transmission system at the Mauá Hydroelectric Plant, under the consortium Copel-Eletrosul. Before taking the position of Chief Subsidiary Officer of Copel Geração e Transmissão S.A., he was assistant secretary of Planning and Energy Development at the Ministry of Mines and Energy for eight years.

Marco Antônio Villela

General Director of Energy Distribution (Copel Distribuição S.A.)

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá, with specialization from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and Fundação Instituto de Administração – FIA, he has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, in multicultural environments and in large companies such as CPFL and ELEKTRO, especially in the electricity distribution segment. He served as Director of Distribution Operations and Director of Energy Distribution at the CPFL group, remaining as CEO of Rio Grande Energia between 2019 and 2024.
