O equipamento foi posicionado no terreno onde ser\u00e1 constru\u00edda uma nova subesta\u00e7\u00e3o de alta tens\u00e3o com 138 mil Volts, que beneficiar\u00e1 diretamente cerca de 16 mil pessoas da \u00e1rea urbana e rural do munic\u00edpio e de cidades vizinhas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com pot\u00eancia de 1 MW e capacidade de armazenamento superior a 1 MWh, a bateria refor\u00e7a o sistema e sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o principal ser\u00e1 a de estabilizar a tens\u00e3o e minimizar os impactos de oscila\u00e7\u00f5es causadas por eventos externos, como condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas severas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 o maior sistema de armazenamento m\u00f3vel de energia que existe hoje no pa\u00eds e resulta de um projeto de Pesquisa &amp; Desenvolvimento da Companhia. Sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 primordial para atender a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Palmital\u201d, afirma Rodrigo Braun, engenheiro da Copel que acompanha o projeto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nova subesta\u00e7\u00e3o integra o plano de expans\u00e3o da infraestrutura de alta tens\u00e3o da Copel para o per\u00edodo de 2026 a 2030. \u201cEla trar\u00e1 benef\u00edcios para a melhoria da qualidade de atendimento n\u00e3o apenas de Palmital, como tamb\u00e9m da regi\u00e3o entre as cidades de Laranjeiras e Manoel Ribas. A estrutura ir\u00e1 interligar a rede de alta tens\u00e3o, ampliando a capacidade e a disponibilidade de energia para os clientes\u201d, destaca Graziella Gon\u00e7alves, gerente do Departamento de Ativos da companhia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da futura subesta\u00e7\u00e3o, Palmital tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 sendo contemplada com investimentos em tecnologia. A cidade recebeu R$ 368,9 mil em a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da rede e \u00e0 implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de medidores inteligentes, como parte do Programa Rede El\u00e9trica Inteligente (REI). Somados, os investimentos em obras e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o na Regi\u00e3o Centro-Sul do Paran\u00e1 superam R$ 527 milh\u00f5es, incluindo projetos de redes de alta e m\u00e9dia tens\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o no setor el\u00e9trico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
