O objetivo \u00e9 promover cada vez mais debates e conversas sobre diversidade, direitos humanos e sustentabilidade na Companhia, seguindo o cumprimento de metas estabelecidas na Agenda 2030 da ONU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;encontro&nbsp;teve&nbsp;a&nbsp;presen\u00e7a&nbsp;virtual das&nbsp;convidadas&nbsp;Rafaelly Wiest,&nbsp;diretora&nbsp;administrativa&nbsp;da&nbsp;Alian\u00e7a&nbsp;Nacional LGBTI+ e&nbsp;conselheira&nbsp;consultiva&nbsp;do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupodignidade.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grupo&nbsp;Dignidade<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;pioneiro&nbsp;no Paran\u00e1&nbsp;a&nbsp;atuar&nbsp;na&nbsp;promo\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;de&nbsp;direitos&nbsp;de&nbsp;pessoas&nbsp;LGBTI+; e&nbsp;Nahomi Helena de Santana,&nbsp;advogada&nbsp;e&nbsp;diretora&nbsp;do&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/coletivocassia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coletivo&nbsp;C\u00e1ssia<\/a>&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;grupo&nbsp;interseccional&nbsp;de&nbsp;mulheres&nbsp;que&nbsp;amam&nbsp;mulheres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As&nbsp;participantes&nbsp;abordaram&nbsp;diversos&nbsp;temas&nbsp;relacionados&nbsp;\u00e0&nbsp;inclus\u00e3o&nbsp;de&nbsp;pessoas&nbsp;LGBTI+ no&nbsp;ambiente&nbsp;de&nbsp;trabalho,&nbsp;destacando&nbsp;a&nbsp;relev\u00e2ncia&nbsp;das&nbsp;empresas&nbsp;debaterem&nbsp;o&nbsp;tema&nbsp;com&nbsp;todos&nbsp;os&nbsp;seus&nbsp;p\u00fablicos.&nbsp;A conversa&nbsp;tratou&nbsp;de&nbsp;identidade&nbsp;de&nbsp;g\u00eanero&nbsp;e&nbsp;orienta\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;sexual,&nbsp;legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, compliance e&nbsp;canais&nbsp;de&nbsp;den\u00fancia,&nbsp;significados&nbsp;da sigla LGBTQIA+,&nbsp;uso&nbsp;de&nbsp;pronomes&nbsp;neutros,&nbsp;interseccionalidade&nbsp;e&nbsp;muito&nbsp;mais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;abertura&nbsp;do&nbsp;evento&nbsp;foi&nbsp;realizada&nbsp;pela&nbsp;superintendente&nbsp;da&nbsp;Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;de&nbsp;Sustentabilidade&nbsp;Empresarial e&nbsp;Governan\u00e7a&nbsp;Corporativa&nbsp;da&nbsp;Copel, Luisa Nastari.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As&nbsp;a\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;em&nbsp;favor da&nbsp;equidade&nbsp;e&nbsp;inclus\u00e3o&nbsp;LGBTI+&nbsp;realizadas&nbsp;pela&nbsp;Copel&nbsp;est\u00e3o&nbsp;relacionadas&nbsp;aos&nbsp;ODS 3 &#8211;&nbsp;Sa\u00fade&nbsp;e&nbsp;bem-estar,&nbsp;ODS 5 &#8211;&nbsp;Igualdade&nbsp;de&nbsp;g\u00eanero,&nbsp;ODS 8 &#8211;&nbsp;Trabalho&nbsp;decente&nbsp;e&nbsp;crescimento&nbsp;econ\u00f4mico,&nbsp;ODS 10 &#8211;&nbsp;Redu\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;de&nbsp;desigualdades&nbsp;e&nbsp;ODS 16 &#8211; Paz,&nbsp;Justi\u00e7a&nbsp;e&nbsp;Institui\u00e7\u00f5es&nbsp;Eficazes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/OGKBir3OWDs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Confira&nbsp;o&nbsp;evento&nbsp;\u201cDiversidade&nbsp;e&nbsp;inclus\u00e3o:&nbsp;pessoas&nbsp;LGBTI+ e&nbsp;ambiente&nbsp;de&nbsp;trabalho\u201d no canal da&nbsp;Copel&nbsp;no YouTube.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como parte das a\u00e7\u00f5es da Comiss\u00e3o de Diversidade, a Copel realizou na \u00faltima sexta-feira (01\/10) o evento online \u201cDiversidade e inclus\u00e3o: pessoas LGBTI+ e ambiente de trabalho\u201d.
